Colorful die concrete is a new decorative concretepavement. And it is made up by the colorful die, surface layer and concretepads. In the process of initial curding on the base, it needs to sprinkle andcover with the colored curable materials, after molding, there appears thevarious color and pattern in the concrete surface.

2. The Construction Preparation:

2.1 According to the requirement of design drawings,we need retest the main control points, including standard water point, the topheight of side stone, the turning radius of the side stone and the flatlocation.

2.2 Inspect whether the green facilities and otherstructure is complete, and whether the elevation of various manhole coversmeets the design elevation. If any problem, we should draw rectification to theSupervisor in time. Check whether the sub grade is strong or dense enough. Andcheck the height and density of the gravel layer.

2.3 The colorful curable materials and strippingpowder to be paved should be stacked and used sequentially according to thedirection of pavement.

2.4  All kindsof texture mold tools and equipment should be in good working condition.

3. Construction

3.1  Set up theconcrete formwork, good control points, water standard points, and turningradius and flat position, so that the molding fully meets the designrequirements.

3.2 In accordance with the preparation of concrete C20or C25(slump<3cm) send them to the construction scene. According to therequirements pave the concrete smoothly, and shock it evenly with a platevibrate, extract the pulp(Note: Be sure to extract the pulp fully), thendedicated to smooth the floor with a large scraper. After the surface without wateror the surface is substantially anhydrous( Caution: do not use curable materialto absorb water), dispenser the colorful curable for two times in C25 concretesurface.  When using two or more kinds ofcolors to mix colors, we need to take the isolation measures in the colorjunction to ensure there is no cross-color, and the best usage amount hadbetter to be 3KG per square meter. The first amount should be 60% and thesecond complementary amount is 40%, and the floor needs to be cleaned flatly,so that the combination of colorful curable materials is sufficiently stable.In road calculus, curbstone, template junction, all needs to behandled---rounded by the special edges rounded machine. (Note: the preparationof concrete should not use a variety of additives or use it as little aspossible, and the concrete alkalinity must be minimized in order to avoid theefflorescene phenomenon in the concrete surface)

3.3 Check whether the colorful surface is smooth,after repair, sprinkle the colorful powder evenly. After completion, dependingon the size of the current construction, the initial setting of concreteconditions, water conditions, sunshine, temperature, wind and other factors, dotexture die.

3.4 After the surface layer of concrete reached 70% ofthe designed strength, the texture and pattern surface should be cleaned withthe water guns, brushing to clean off the powder dirt. This is an essentialwork, and when cleaning off the powder dirt, carefully check the surface has noleak  or any color shades with differentcolors. When brushing and painting, take protection action, to avoid pollutingother structures. In the above construction process, except the constructionworkers, prohibit persons, vehicular traffic from passing, and open to trafficafter 12 hours since the construction is completed.
