1.  Floor Life Time& Warranty Time

    The thickness of epoxy resin floor is 2.0±0.2mm and its life time can be above 7 years, 1.0±0.1mm one can be used for more than 5 years. The warranty of all the projects are 12 months.

2.     Acceptance Criteria

   During the construction process, the supervision should be made by Party A. And each process should be signed by Party A for confirmation, in order to ensure the thickness and quality of construction.

3.  After-sales Service And Project Maintenance

1.  During the warranty period: due to the construction quality problem or the product quality problem, all the maintenance is free of charge, and we can provide service during 72 hours.

a.  During the warranty period, when the epoxy floor appear the following situation, our company is responsible for free maintenance:

A. Delaminating between the epoxy material and the materials;

B. Large areas of epoxy paints are faded and discolored;

C. Poor wear-resistance of epoxy materials causes abnormal wearing and tearing in large areas.

b. During warranty period, if the epoxy floor appears the following circumstances due to majeure forces, we are irresponsible for maintenance, and the maintenance fees are needed:

1). All man-made damage to the floor(the way: scratches by sharp objects, heavy chisel injures and so on)

2). Because the waterproof treatment of original ground, the moisture and water seepage appearance causes the emergence of bubbling, delaminating phenomenon between epoxy materials and the surface;(Identification: bubbling, delaminating, and around the floor it is in wet state)

3). Because the concrete hardness of the surface is so low that there appears the bulging bubble, delaminating phenomenon between the surface and epoxy materials.( Identification: Bubbling, delaminating on the floor and with a little concrete surface

4). Because large areas of ground are not reserved for expansion joints or the expansion joints are few, there appears the bulging bubble and cracking phenomenon between the epoxy materials and the surface due to the thermal expansion and contraction.(Identification: bubbling, cracking and long fine lines around the surface, and there are small cracks in the concrete surface below)
